Interactive Video

Show, don’t tell – the reason why elearning videos are so successful. And if we add some interactivity to the videos,  learning can be even more active and engaging. With Camtasia, I’m able to quickly create  interactive videos. This short video, peppered with a couple of interactive elements: a test (at 1.24), a hotspot (at 1.51) and web links (at 3.20), was created in Camtasia.

Script for a Low-Budget Video

Videos are usually very engaging; but they can also be expensive to create. When I was required to write a video script for a low-budget elearning course on liability and insurance, I had to keep in mind that the video production had to be short and easy to shoot. The result was the following video script. The script is proof that budget constraints can be managed with a bit of clever creativity.
